MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All of your rights to receive benefits under this Rewards program are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
- Points are earned by making qualified purchases of products and services only at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington and Mercedes Benz of West Chester dealerships.
- Points are earned on customer pay transactions only. Warranty repairs do not apply. Qualified purchases include detail, services (excluding body shop repair), maintenance and installed accessories. New or pre-owned vehicle purchases and wholesale parts purchases are excluded from this program.
- 10% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount your next new, pre-owned vehicle purchase, or an installed accessory at time of purchase at our dealership, not to exceed $1000.
- 5% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount your next service at our dealership. All points must be used each service visit.
- 5% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount service after warranty expiration or an extended service contract purchase at our dealership. You can use up to 25% of the total of this account at any one visit.
- Each point earned is equal to one dollar in rewards discount. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Rewards points may only be transferred to immediate family members (e.g. father, mother, spouse or children residing at the same address as the member accumulating points).
- Participation in this program is offered at the sole discretion of Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington and Mercedes Benz of West Chester and may be terminated at any time without prior written notice. If Dealer terminates your participation for any reason other than your violation of our rules, your accumulated points will remain available for you to use for up to 12 months after the termination.
- Dealer reserves the right to disqualify or terminate any person(s) from participation, if in their sole judgment any member violates the rules and regulations governing this program. Disqualification or termination may result in termination of an individual’s program participation and/or accumulated points.
- All members must be 18 years of age to participate.
- Rewards points continue to accrue only if the member makes at least one qualified purchase within any 18 month period. Failure to make a qualified transaction within any eighteen (18) month period will cause next service points to expire.
- The program has no pre-determined termination date. The program may be terminated at any time without prior notice at the wishes of Dealer and/or SmartTech Enterprises. In the event of program termination, all members will have two years from the date of termination to redeem all accumulated points.
- Dealer and SmartTech Enterprises reserve the right to audit all accounts for compliance of these rules. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of programming earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved. The Dealership reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accumulated points. All decisions are considered final.
- Dealer and program administrators reserve the right to change the program rules at any time without prior notice to members.
- One membership per VIN. A customer may have multiple memberships if they register multiple vehicles. Points cannot be combined.
